Tasting Notes: Red fruits upfront, peppery spice on the back. Medium bodied with a soft finish.

Winemaking: Wild ferment, on skins for 10 days then basket pressed into seasoned French Oak. Minimal sulphur added through the process.

Cellaring: Up to 5 years.
